Central Space offers office space at all of our locations, ranging from fully serviced 95 square-foot work pods to 25,000 square-foot company headquarters.
Each of our buildings aims to service their regional target market with a focus on quality, flexible space which works for business.
Industrial Space
Our two major industrial estates are located in Dundee, Scotland and Westerhope, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. As with all industrial space, transport links and location are paramount and our sites are ideally located within their local areas.
