Larger companies have been increasingly under pressure to adapt to the changing lifestyles and demands of their staff in terms of childcare, flexible working hours and not least workplace environment.
This is as well as technological changes in the workplace.
Due to COVID-19, with owners, managers and staff adapting to working from home, the key office function for these companies will move towards a centralised management function and flexible operations hub, combining more meeting space with smaller more flexible areas for general operations.
This will lead to a move away from the traditional own front door office set up to multi-occupied office buildings where corporate identity and image are conveyed and enhanced by the building’s presentation, layout and functionality.
