We are pleased to announce that Consultiv Utilities have taken occupancy of our recently completed Central Suites at Merchant Court.
With ambitious expansion plans, Consultiv has taken the entire ground floor of the Central Suites development.
From the outset, we worked with Consultiv’s MD Paul and his colleagues to meet their specific business requirements and it is great to see a growing North East firm putting their staff’s needs first and creating a fantastic working environment with a lot of attention to detail. We would like to thank Consultive Utilities to committing to this fantastic business location and for being great to work with throughout.
At Central Space we don’t regard ourselves as a traditional landlord, we take pride in putting our client’s needs first both in terms of the design and fit-out of their space and also ongoing support with an emphasis on high-level connectivity and functionality. Our in-house Design and Build team have fitted out Merchant House to our Grade A plus standard in line with the client’s bespoke requirements and our design concepts. We were excited to create a modern spacious working environment for Consultiv’s growing workforce with the central hub of the office being particularly impressive. In the current environment, we are seeing demand increasing for the high quality, design-led office space in which we specialise.
