Phase 2 Refurbishment of
Alderman Fenwick’s House underway

The redecoration of our Second Staircase has
begun with the transformation of our toilet facilities.

Our toilets feature newly installed panelling, hand dryers and soap
dispensers. High specification floor coverings are down
and LED mirrors are installed.

Phase 2 will also see the second and third staircases redecorated
with new floor coverings and light fittings. Furthermore, the old kitchenette
will be converted to an additional toilet facility
giving extra capacity as occupancy levels return.

We are installing a shower facility on the third stairwell for the
convenience of those cycling to the office or heading out after work.

All of these updates and more set for the near
future as we upgrade this fabulous historical building.
