Miller Homes are one of the UK’s premiere housebuilders. In a move to strengthen their presence in the North East, they looked to establish a Teeside office to service the North Yorks, Teeside and County Durham areas
With their key criteria of a prestigious location, high-quality office space and proximity to local transport links, Miller decided upon Aycliffe Industrial Estate as their preferred location. The largest industrial estate in the North East, they felt that this best suited both their employees and customers.
Central Space had just completed their Flagship Central building on the prime office location on the Park and were able to fulfil Millers’ remit in terms of location, configuration, and amenities. A deal was concluded within 6 weeks and Miller were operational within 3 months. The high quality of the space, IT infrastructure and Central’s responsiveness to the Client’s needs contributed to a minimal set up time which allowed Miller to press on with their business plan.
