QED Legal had experienced significant growth due to successful client acquisitions, resulting in a larger team and an expanded client base. This newly refurbished building, known for its elegant design and central location was naturally an ideal workspace for QED Legal. The all-inclusive office suites each feature high-specification flooring, LED lighting, and full furniture fit-out, providing a professional and comfortable environment for both employees and clients. Initially, QED Legal moved into a 300 square foot office, but as their needs expanded, Central Space efficiently organised a transition to a larger 450 square foot office, ensuring QED had the space necessary for their continued growth and success in the heart of Newcastle’s business district.
