While larger businesses have perhaps struggled to adapt to the current environment, smaller regional companies have moved to reposition in light of market changes where possible or to use the time created by furlough and lockdown to work on their future plans. The COVID-19 pandemic has amplified a need amongst SMEs for higher quality, less dense workspace with modern, hygienic facilities. At Central Space, this is our core market and value and quality allowed us to move forward.
