Our newest meeting room in Alderman Fenwick’s House has been refurbished
to match the high specification upgrades in our office suites. Featuring an 8 person boardroom table, video conferencing facilities and our ultra fast broadband, this room can be tailored to your requirements,
including refreshment/catering packages and flexible booking times.
This meeting room is easily accessible on the ground floor, and
provides a prime city centre location with excellent transport links
– only 6 minute walk from Central Station. This meeting room is available to hire by occupiers as well as none
occupiers of the building, via the standard rates:
Standard per/hour rate: £30
Half Day: £80
Full Day: £150
*Central Space occupiers, including of buildings other than Alderman Fenwick’s House, will benefit from our discounted rates.
